    Our TBD team brings experience from various industries and business disciplines. TBD staff is led by:

    Jonena L. Relth, President and Leadership Evangelist
    Jonena leads our solutions design consulting and business operations efforts in driving towards our strategic vision and mission. Recipient of the Joyce Parker Award for outstanding contributions to the field of training and development, Jonena Relth specializes in performance improvement and brings to our clients nearly 30 years experience as a business owner of three companies. Her expertise with enterprise-wide systems has been instrumental in helping organizations bridge the connection between system implementation and the associated learning required for successful transition from paper to paperless environments.

    As a healthcare education advocate, Jonena is a member of HIMSS and ACHE and founding member of The Society for Participatory Medicine. She is active on Twitter and plays a key role in the EMR/EHR Clinical Transformation Group in LinkedIn. As a past president of ASTD, she speaks on HRD issues relating to coaching, employee performance improvement and process effectiveness.  Jonena is an active contributor for both TBD and other industry newsletters and blogs.

    Esther Groves, Senior Consultant and Director of Human Resources
    Esther joined TBD after retiring as Vice President and National Learning Manager for Bank of America’s Learning and Organization Effectiveness.  She brings to the team her expertise in management, organizational assessment, training and employee development, group/meeting facilitation, focus groups, team building, leadership development and Six Sigma.  She prides herself in being able to help organizations articulate goals, and improve capability, productivity and customer satisfaction.

    Esther’s experience also includes quality assurance, operational management, virtual management, and human resources.  In addition to her 20 years with Bank of America, she has provided consulting for Wells Fargo, Arizona Public Service, BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona, BayCare Health Systems and various non-profit organizations through the Arizona Arts Commission.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English/French and is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.  She has received continuing education in strategic planning, management/leadership, training and quality.

    Heather Rodriguez, Director of Quality
    Heather joined the TBD Consulting team in 1996. In her various roles, she developed documentation and curriculum for Fortune 500 clients and managed large projects from start to finish, including process mapping, needs analysis and publication of both hard copy and online media.  For the past three years, Heather has acted as the Director of Quality.  She focuses on driving TBD’s high quality standards through her management of the project editorial process, internal process improvements, quality certification and customer satisfaction program.

    Heather also manages TBD’s blogs and website content. In addition, she functions as a member of the leadership team, which focuses on the strategic growth of the company.  Her attention to detail and editing capabilities are great assets to the TBD team.

    Karen Trog, Director of Learning Services
    Karen leads the customer-centric Learning Services team by aligning learning strategies with corporate objectives and delivering high quality training at the lowest cost to optimize client satisfaction.  As a training innovator, Karen offers expertise in blending creativity, graphic design, insight and collaboration to build learning solutions that result in positive organizational results for clients.  

    Karen is experienced in process improvement, TQM and a Six Sigma specialist who is skilled in process mapping, documentation, design and development of training, assessment development and evaluation.  Karen has authored and co-authored several of TBD’s myCOREformance™ courses and brings expertise of developing highly effective learning assessments.

    Jenny Weiss, Business Manager
    Jenny manages our business and financial strategy, monitors the development of policies, and contributes to strategic planning as a member of the leadership team.  Jenny produces all business proposals and contracts and oversees the financial responsibilities associated with those documents. Through her management of financial and statistical tools, she keeps operations running smoothly.  As our in-house IT specialist, Jenny also manages TBD’s servers and web interfaces.

    Lisa Witte, Marketing Manager and Database Administrator
    Lisa has been with TBD since 2005. As Marketing Manager, she plans and oversees TBD’s advertising activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets. This involves the distribution of our press releases and bi-monthly eNewsletter. She creates sales reports and provides marketing data to the TBD leadership team. Using a variety of internet tools, Lisa also coordinates in the registration of TBD’s webinars and virtual classes. She manages, organizes and updates relevant client data using database applications while keeping us focused on meaningful marketing strategies.
