Recipient of the Joyce Parker Award for outstanding contribution to the field of training and development, Jonena Relth specializes in performance improvement and brings to our clients nearly 30 years experience as a business owner of three companies. Her expertise with enterprise-wide systems has been instrumental in helping organizations bridge the connection between system implementation and the associated learning required for successful transition from paper to paperless environments. 

    Esther Groves: She brings to the TBD team her expertise in management, organizational assessment, training and employee development, group/meeting facilitation, focus groups, team building, leadership development and Six Sigma.  She prides herself in being able to help organizations articulate goals, and improve capability, productivity and customer satisfaction.  Esther’s experience also includes quality assurance, operational management, virtual management, and human resources.
